Expanding Horizons

Trinity CHANGE, Inc. provides supported living services to persons with developmental disabilities, allowing each consumer to create an individual and personalized lifestyle with the supports necessary to fully participate in community life.

Trinity CHANGE will partner with each of our consumers (persons with developmental disabilities and their friends/family/supporters), providing the supports and services that assist and empower them to live the life they desire and to achieve their own personal goals. Each consumer will live their life instead of being in a program.

Consumers choose their own homes, select their support people, and participate as full members of their local communities. Trinity CHANGE provides as much or as little support as necessary to help create a successful supported living environment for each consumer.
